Mr. Kelly has 25+ years of public and private sector GIS experience. He has led or worked on numerous NENA NG9-1-1 standard’s development workgroups and Since 2015 has served as NENA’s liaison to NSGIC. Mr. Kelly has also assisted with and supports numerous State GIS data standards for NG9-1-1. He is currently a member of both APCO's Standards Development Committee as well as its Technical Subcommittee.
