I spent 11 years as a 911 professional at Fairfax County 9-1-1. In 2021, I transitioned into public safety technology, where I now focus on wellness, retention and operational resilience. With experience both behind the headset and in the private sector, I am driven by one goal: helping those in 911 feel supported, seen, valued and equipped to succeed.
